This visa is for people who are willing and able to invest at least AUD 5 million in certain investments in Australia and maintain business and investment activities in Australia.
Business Innovation And Investment (Permanent) Visa Entrepreneur Stream
You can apply for this permanent residency visa if you are the holder of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa granted under the Entrepreneur Stream and have met all the requirements of your provisional visa.
Business Innovation And Investment (Provisional) Visa Entrepreneur Stream
This visa is for people who have a funding agreement from a third party for at least AUD$200,000 to undertake a complying entrepreneur activity (see below) that is proposed to lead to either the commercialisation of a product or service in Australia or the development of a business in Australia.
