Business Innovation And Investment (Provisional) Visa Entrepreneur Stream
This visa is for people who have a funding agreement from a third party for at least AUD$200,000 to undertake a complying entrepreneur activity (see below) that is proposed to lead to either the commercialisation of a product or service in Australia or the development of a business in Australia.

Minister Of Religion Labour Agreements
The Minister of Religion Labour Agreement allows Australian religious organisations to sponsor the temporary and permanent entry of overseas Ministers of Religion to work in their religious organisation. It is the sole pathway which allows overseas workers to work in the occupation of Minister of Religion for an Australian organisation.
Labour Agreements
Company Specific Labour Agreements are individually negotiated agreements between an employer and the Department of Immigration and Border protection (DIBP), that allow for the employer to sponsor overseas workers to come and work for their organisation in Australia.

The Tourist visa (subclass 676) is closed to new applications. You may be eligible to apply for a Visitor visa (subclass 600).
