Robert Walker-Stambuk is the Principal Solicitor at The Immigration Lawyers and a lawyer of the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court.
Robert graduated with distinction in a Bachelor of Taxation at the University of New South Wales, and later also graduated with distinction in a Juris Doctor (Law Degree) from the University of Technology.
As an experienced immigration lawyer, Robert has handled a wide variety of visa applications and related appeals in his practice. He has acted for clients on relatively straightforward applications to extremely complex matters.
Edward takes full carriage of a large variety of visa applications where applicants have encountered complications with character, health, and compelling circumstances.
Edward simplifies the administrative process and ensures clients understand every step of their application. Whether it’s a standard visa application, or one which is scheduled before the FCC or AAT, Edward is able to promptly deliver with integrity and professionalism.
In particular, he has appeared at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and assisted with matters heard at the Federal Circuit Court.
