To be eligible for the visa, you must be actively working for your nominating employer, which can be an Australian or Overseas Business Sponsor:
5. If you are the primary visa applicant, you must demonstrate that you have the skills and experience necessary to perform the nominated occupation.

You must still, however, provide any required Australian police clearances where applicable or when requested to do so.
11. You must not have engaged in activities related to ‘paying for visa sponsorship,’ which involves seeking, offering, receiving, or providing benefits in connection with sponsorship events, within the past 3 years. Exceptions may be considered at the Minister’s discretion.
