Covid Concession Period Ends
On 25 November 2023, the Department of Home Affairs brought the ‘concession period’ introduced in response to COVID travel restrictions to an end, key changes made as follows:
New employer sponsored pathways to permanent residence
As of 25 November 2023, Subclass 482 Temporary Skills Shortage visa holders now have a pathway to permanent residency under new legislation.
